By purchasing annual maintenance on your Preactor systems you can ensure that you can take advantage of new features and have access to qualified and knowledgeable staff to help you make the most of the software you have purchased.
When your Preactor systems are covered by annual maintenance you get the following benefits:-
Free service packs as they are released.
Protection of your investment by allowing a full credit of the purchase price of your existing Preactor system when upgrading to a higher version.
Access to telephone technical support (application questions) during normal business hours.
Access to eMail technical support.
You will also have access to consulting support where model design or customization of Preactor for your application is required (a billable activity).
The cost of annual maintenance is typically around 17.5% of the license purchase price and represents a cost of ownership amongst the lowest in the market place.
To ensure proper operation of software, all licenses must be upgraded to the same release level. As such, all licenses purchased under a single account are renewed as a group. If any license is excluded from maintenance renewal, Preactor International is only responsible for the operation of updated licenses.
