SVAM plus was founded in 1995. in Zagreb, Croatia. “SVAM plus” was founded in 1995 in Zagreb, Croatia. Our core business is the development, implementation and maintenance of a proprietary business information system OperaOpus. OperaOpus covers the ERP, CRM, HR, BI, Web Shop and Billing functionality. The FSC/APS functionality is achieved through the integration with Preactor solutions. The services provided to our clients comprise: - design and customization of information systems according to business processes - consultancy services regarding the systematization of information and the preparation for a business analysis, as well as a definition of transparent accounting - consulting services in the controlling field - optimization of manufacturing processes Our customers are middle and large companies, in Croatia and surrounding countries, that operate in many different industries (discrete manufacturing, construction, utilities, wholesale…), some of them having several hundred of employees with the annual income over 50 mil. EUR. Our pursuit is a delivery of comprehensive long-term IT support and professional services, especially to manufacturing companies. We have found the Preactor products to be the tools of our first choice for the companies in our market niche, either as a stand-alone solution or integrated with OperaOpus ERP or with any other ERP system.
