Seamless integration of Preactor solutions with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX positively received by Lithuanian Manufacturers.
Preactor International, the world’s leading specialist planning and scheduling Software Company, announces its first successful seminar with leading Baltic ERP reseller Columbus IT (Lithuania). The seminar day, hosted by Columbus IT in Vilnius, Lithuania on 14th October, featured presentations from Preactor International and Pretczynski Ltd, the Preactor Network Partner for Poland about the benefits of successfully integrating Preactor with Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV.
 Mike Novels, CEO of Preactor International shared his extensive global experience of manufacturing trends on how and why manufacturers use production planning and scheduling with the audience comprising a number of major Lithuanian manufacturers from a range of different industry sectors. He also explained the proven seamless integration of Preactor with both Dynamics AX and NAV, illustrating this with a detailed case study of a Polish food packaging manufacturer that has implemented the Preactor 400 APS solution.
Michal Pretczynski of Warsaw based Pretczynski Ltd was a leading consultant in the project. He gave a presentation describing in detail the implementation process and the changes that the company undertook concerning its existing planning procedures in order to maximise the effectiveness of the solution. Benefits already achieved include more effective and efficient planning with greatly increased visibility of production capacity utilisation. This has led to increased effectiveness within the Sales department and decreased time in responding to customer needs. Overall, the company has increased productivity while lowering costs and minimising waste.
